Terms & Conditions

General Terms
- Cars are booked by group and not by model and the company reserves the right to provide a similar car or one of a superior category at no extra charge.
- Minimum rental period is 3 days.
- Insurance does not cover for misuse, careless driving, under of the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Parking and traffic violations are the hirer’s responsibility.

All rates are in Euros and include:
• Unlimited Mileage
• 19% VAT and local Taxes
• Delivery and collection
• 24 hours Road assistance
• Car replacement in case of breakdown
• Free first additional driver
• Theft and fire insurance
• CDW (Collision damage waiver with excess)

Insurance Excess per group
For groups A to CA €500.00
For groups D to EA €650.00
For group G and GA €850

Additional Extras:
• Infant seat / Baby seat / Booster seat
• Additional drivers
• TW Insurance (Tyres and Windscreen protection insurance)
• LCDW Insurance (Reduces the excess by 40% in case of damage)
• SCDW Insurance (Reduces the excess by 80% in case of damage)

Infant - Baby - Booster Seats
For Infant seats the charge is €3.00 per day with a max cost of €30.00 per rental.
For Baby seats the charge is €3.00 per day with a max cost of €30.00 per rental.
For Booster seats the charge is €3.00 per day with a max cost of €30.00 per rental.

Additional Drivers
First additional driver is free of charge when selected.
For any additional driver the charge is €3.00 per day with a max cost of €45.00 per rental.

TW Insurance
Certain parts of the car like tyres, windscreen are not covered by C.D.W. insurance.
These items are only covered with TW Insurance at the cost of €4.00 per day.

LCDW Insurance
This is an upgrade to the standard CDW Insurance to reduce the excess by 40%.
For Groups A - DA at €5.00 per day.
For Groups E - GA for €8.00 per day.
For Group K for €10.00 per day.

SCDW Insurance
This is an upgrade to the standard CDW Insurance to reduce the excess by 80%.
For Groups A - DA at €8.00 per day.
For Groups E - GA for €12.00 per day.
For Group K for €14.00 per day.

Our insurances are valid only within Government of Cyprus controlled areas.
DRIVING THE RENTAL CAR TO THE OQUPIED AREA IS NOT PERMITED

Delivery and collection
We deliver and collect cars free of charge and within the hours of 08:00 till 22:00 from/to the following locations: Our office in Limassol, Limassol town hotels and resorts, Larnaca airport, Larnaca town hotels and resorts, Paphos airport, Paphos town hotels and resorts, Peyia area and Pissouri. All other locations on request only.

After hours charge
For delivery and collection between the hours of 22:00 to 08:00 an additional charge of €10.00 is applied.

One way rental
For all one way rentals an additional charge of €30.00 is applied.

Lost key
Car key is not covered by any insurance and therefore the renter will be responsible for any loss or damages.

Fuel policy
We deliver the car with half tank of petrol and we charge the equivalent amount which is NOT refundable.
 
Driver Age
Drivers must be 25 years of age or 23 years of age with a minimum 3 years valid driving license. Maximum age of a driver is 80 years old.
